Beautiful work, to my eye I see some Lamey influence in your design.

thanks guys.
I like this kind of knives and ever wanted to make one. so the influence is from various knifemakers as I was searching. It was made with help from Milan Mozolic ;)

Beautiful, and I knew when I seen it that it reminded me of Milan's bowies some what. That is a really nice bowie, Congrats and Glws.

thanks for suggestions guys :-)
Shintaro29: the knife is unused and unsharpened, so I can´t tell how it really chops. but the blade shape, mass of material and full flat grind promises good performance. Sleipner is very good material for larger blades as it is tough enough in high hardness, even above 60hrc, and chip resistance is ver good. I like to use it even for medium/small blades

For a first time bowie, I'd give it an A+ - very classic design and a lot of bowie for the price. I'd name it the Silverback Bowie.
