I'm a sucker for a good jigged bone as far as looks but my favorites to carry are a smooth ebony and smooth bone. I like the tactile feel of the near seamless transition between organic (bone, wood) and inorganic elements (bolsters)
And a jigged bone for good measure that I'm quite fond of
I like snakewood, but it's darn hard to get on production knives. I also like a nice jigged bone, even though I don't have much jigged bone right now. Need to remedy that.
Case jigged bone, hands down. Wood is second favourite, followed by stag. Don't care for micarta or most synthetics, but I do like Case's yellow Delrin.
