Phil will be better at answering this question than me, but I believe Phil has something more impact resistant[read that EXTREME impact resistance] planned than TALONITE. Besides, this thing is gonna be expensive enough......

I still maintain that TALONITE is best for a smaller utility blafe folder or fixed blade. But I do like the way your thinking!
