What about Knives and Flashlights?

I actually got a flashlight in the shot today. Since getting more into taking pictures, doing Instagram, and cigars; my pictures tend to be outside in the daylight. With my schedule keeping me reasonably close to home or office, or at least checking back in before the evening hits; I’m just not packing a flashlight anywhere near as often. Of course I’m carrying them in the evening and using them every day, but that’s not picture time. With darkness coming earlier and the clock change, I might be carrying one more often at picture time. I guess we'll have to see.

Another difference is having my key ring flashlight die a few years ago. It was an AA-size L-M-H twisty with a warm Nichia 219A from L3 Illumination. There just hasn’t been a good modern replacement. Sure, I’ve got a bunch of AAA-size twisties but I find myself wanting more on a key ring light. I do use those little AAA-twisties but often as shirt-pocket drops or night lights.
