  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What about Knives and Flashlights?

I am too lazy to take a photo but I have my Buck Vantage & Fenix eo1 in my pocket.
Both are basic but useful.

The knife changes almost every day, but if I'm wearing jeans chances are I've got my Emisar D4V2 in my pocket (SST-20, 4000K, 95 CRI). :)

When I got into flashlights in 2016, switching from what I was used to -- AA/D cell Maglites, mostly -- to 18650 thunderlights was a fun transition. :D The 3,000 lumens the D4V2 can put out comes in handy sometimes, but most often I'm using its aux LEDs (which I have set to show me the battery level when it's unlocked, and a rainbow so I know it's locked out) and its moonlight mode, and enjoying the excellent infinite ramping UI and incredible runtime.

Thanks! I'm strictly a 1911 guy. My only complaint on this one is the weight. It does damper down the recoil a tad. I might get a Kimber next or even a Glock .45
