It is like the Endura, Pac Salt, and military had a baby. Lite weight with big blade. Work horse of a tool. If it came in magnacut, it might be the perfect knife. That knife is next on my list. I love my g10/Cruwear one so much, I’m gonna pick up the FRN/vg10 model to add to the arsenal. This one has kicked the Millies and Enduras out of my pocket for now.

I’m a big fan of FRN, I’ve a lot of experience behind that handle material through many different work environments and they just hold up to everything well. I’ve yet to own anything in Magnacut. I’m waiting for a used CRK Inkosingo in Magnacut to pop up in the exchange. It is like the Endura, Pac Salt, and military had a baby. Lite weight with big blade. Work horse of a tool. Me too. Love love love spyderco FRN. I'll choose it over any other handle material for a folder any time. And when Spyderco makes them linerless with a big blade? Yes please! I am looking forward to the day when an FRN military compression lock is made. As for magnacut, I only have one blade in it (kershaw lanch something or other) and haven't used it much. I really like the idea behind the salt line so if magnacut can deliver similar corrosion resistance with better edge holding and toughness than LC200n, then I'm all in. I usually don't go for the latest hype steel, but when one of the big benefits of the hype is corrosion resistance, I'll line up with the other nerds.I’m a big fan of FRN, I’ve a lot of experience behind that handle material through many different work environments and they just hold up to everything well. I’m the exact opposite when it comes to trying out new steels. It’s how I discovered K390 and REX45!Me too. Love love love spyderco FRN. These two FRN spydercos have done 21,000 miles strapped to my sweaty ass.

I think Spyderco is doing very good job with those two steels. My Shaman in Rex45 and Police 4 in K390 are beasts,It’s how I discovered K390 and REX45!
