What am I looking for?

I dunno, looks like a dish in the plunge line, plus that hint of a line above the grind....

I had forgotten about the LrMrStreets.

Is this one a newer hollow ground variant? Looks different that the usual flat grind versions.

I think its just the angle of the picture. As far as I can see its an FFG. I got it from the batch Trevor had last year.

An Anorexic Boss Street (satin finish only) or Leaner Meaner Street are both good choices. If you don't mind Res-C (hard rubber) handles, a Scrap Yard Scrapper 5 LE (satin finish only) is also a good choice (.165" thick), and the S5 LE is INFI. I don't recall the exact thickness of the ABS, but I think it was about .15-.16" thick. Thicknesses of the Leaners seem to vary, so ask before you buy. There was also a Custom Shop version of the Boss Street (also satin only) that was about .22" thick, but the blade is hollow ground, so the edge is pretty thin. The Busse Elmax steak knives are super slicers at .090" thick and they are hollow ground! The steak knives were offered in 3 blade lengths, and are all satin finished. The BATAC is also a good choice, but at 3/16" thick it is the thickest of the ones I have listed.

...

There was a single Custom Shop BOSS Jack that was made for last visible canary at 0.125", but he sold it off, and I lost track of it. Would have bought it if I could have at the time.
I'm the lucky owner of that knife. LVC put a screaming sharp edge on the blade; it's probably the sharpest knife I have ever seen. I think Jerry is missing the boat (lots of sales) by not selling more thin blades, but of course it is his choice.

Congrats on the score, and thanks for outing yourself. Maybe we'll meet up someday, somewhere and I can check out that knife.
