What am I missing in my EDC setup?

Also integrating a CRKT eat'n tool. That's gonna be good when there's no plastic forks in the break room
 
Add any pliers-based multitool. A Leatherman Style PS will do a good job of replacing the Micra (unless you use the scissors on it a lot).
Consider a simple first-aid kit: bandages, alcohol pads, super-glue, and whatever else you can fit into an Altoids tin.
As for a pen, I prefer comfort of writing and ease of carry over...tactical-ness.
