What an Elegant Knife!

I have loved the look of this knife ever since I first saw the picture--but in the hand....WOW!

Do you guys use these for birds and fish or what do you find this knife perfect for?

The only thing holding me back of buying one are the serrations. I don't like serrations.

Other than that: very nice knife!

Does the knife come in plain-edge also? You would think so. Very nice.

I don't think it does. It would be a nice model to have. Even though I don't like serrations, they work well on this knife!
