This is my first preorder of a Spyderco. I love the PM2 and I have been wanting to try the S35VN steel.... i'm not a big fan of non-stainless steels on EDC knives.

I was lucky enough to happen upon a grey Para 2 from BladeHQ.com a few weeks ago. They showed they had it in stock, I ordered it, it came quickly. My only complaint is that they shipped it in a padded envelope and the Spyderco box was crushed... ...kind of a bummer for a "Collectable" knife especially when a "small flat rate box" makes a perfect knife box. I must not be too upset because I just ordered a brown one from them, I think it looks good and I'm really liking the Para 2.

I was planning on stopping by Blade HQ last week on my way through but the freeway was such a mess that I didn't go. Wish I would have gone there instead of Cabela's, it's always such a let down.
