What are Buck Vanguard wood handles made from

oh oh. I dont have one of those yet. I keep thinking about it. I even filled the paper work out several months ago and layed it off to the side and never mailed it. Maybe I should do that this week. I knew someone would suggest both. temptation.
 
Well the stag vanguard will have to wait. I just won a ironwood deer cut out vanguard of ebay. Maybe another time.
 
I hate to hyjack this post, but I was thinking of buying a Buck Vanguard and are these made in the U.S.A. ?
