Up at the farm in Castlewood(dogtown)Virginia folks call them "dry land fish",a girl in Radcliff,Kentucky called them "hickory chickens".Whatever you call them they are tasty.
 
Around here, we call the grocer!

Don't think they grow around my parts. Usually have to buy them dried, but found some fresh recently for mucho deniro.
