What are some good stockman's to build a collection?

From Germany I've a Henkels & a Henkels-made Russell that I like a lot. The case ones are as good as you would expect. If you want go further afield Wostenholm of Sheffield make a beauty.

Guyon gave me motivation to actually take a picture of my stockman collection, here's what I could round up in short order:

I am partial to the Queen #9, but it takes a reprofile effort to get the master blade where I want it. I just got the Moore Maker, and it is better than any Queen that I have, and came with nice thin edge bevels, too. I have also had good luck with Eye Brand and the Kissing Crane. I don't know if the current crop of Kissing Crane is any good, that one is a little older, and has great steel in addition to the nice jigged horn scales. Almost all of my Eye Brand knives have come with a nice thin edge bevel and are good cutters.
