What are some of your favorite knives under 8"?

I've been a knife enthusiast ever since my grandfather gave me a small pocket knife probably some 45 years ago, but I haven't really collected many knives until recently.

I've decided to start looking for nice knives when my wife and I travel around the world, but for those that can be purchased online I've come to like folders around 8" or under for EDC so I was wondering which you'd consider to be your favorite knives under 8".

So far I have:

Spyderco Paramilitary 2 (slightly over 8" of course)
Spyderco Dice (great EDC)
Spyderco Techno (love this little guy)
Kershaw Leek (great little light EDC)
Nirk Tighe M390
French Laguiole Knife (picked this up Tours France)
Zero Tolerance 0566 (just got this yesterday, love it except it's difficult to open at the moment)

I typically like good quality knives so I don't mind spending a bit more for a nice knife, a CR Sebenza is on my short list but I'd like to collect a few others before getting that one.

People carry knives under 8" OAL?

;)

Not a size range I pay much attention to, but I've got one or two. Spyderco Chaparral probably has the best cutting geometry of any modern knife I've handled and the Viper DAN 2 is a very comfortable and handsome utility slipjoint.

Yea, given that I work in a setting where people would be freaked out when you pull out a large knife I find that those in the 7-8" range seem to be a bit more accepted. I don't mind large knives and would carry them away from work but at work I need to be a bit more conservative with my EDC. The ZT0566 I just got is very comfortable to carry so I'd like a few more in that range. At some point I'd like to have a ZT0560 for those times I'm out on my bike, seems like a great motorcycle carry blade.

I rarely think of folders in terms of OAL - it's blade length that most people use as a reference - as such, I'm hard pressed to provide my favorites. I have knives that I like, which I know are under 8"...but I never carry them because they are too small. I'm pretty sure that every modern knife that I carry is over 8 inches OAL.
Of course, that is just my RFP. My LFP is for traditionals, and the ones I carry are under 8" open...but I don't know if you want to include those in this discussion.
