What are the Most Rare CRK's?

i know there are a lot of UG's that are fairly rare.

one that comes to mind is the "crop circle" graphic. 1 of 6. looked pretty cool.

i dont have any handy of the crop circle. the one that i saw belonged to the knife sharpener at plaza cutlery (russ delevan) its one of the most used sebenzas i've ever seen. next time im there i will try and get a picture.

Fixed blades, 18" overall 12" blades. No record how many clip, drop, or straight point, but #8 is a straight (Sable).

There are some custom Bird and Trout knives I haven't seen any were but the sticky tread with Pic's. Very unique and beautiful.

The flat grind large sebbie that only around 20 something were made is one. I EDC'd one and never knew the low build number! Hand ground blade too ! And I let it get away! Duh!

Lock 45?? Learned something new about CRK ... now the endless search on the For Sale forums.

PP Inlayed Sebenzas, Guild 25th Anniversary Sebenzas.

I would think that there aren't many PP's around in any one style. I meant to ask this before: the PP I believe stands for pre- production. Are they Proto-types for the production model? and Are they customs?

"Aren't the unique graphic Sbenzas just that, Unique, one of a kind? "
You would be correct. each is one of a kind ,so the knife would be rare, but not so the class of knife-unique graphic(if you can follow that logic)

The left handed H

I've been informed that there are two left handed H Sebenzas -- H41 and H85. Wealth of knowledge, our friend from Shanghai!

Of course, all of the custom pieces are rare, by definition. Some of the rare prototypes or production pieces that come to mind for me are:

  • Any of the 1st 40 one piece knives, Mark IV before it was named so -- straight hilt (as opposed to curved), not numbered or marked with country of manufacture
  • Any South African one piece knife in D2
  • Any numbered South African one piece knife
  • South African made Titanium Handled Folder (forerunner to the Sebenza)
  • H Sebenzas
  • Numbered P Sebenzas (particularly rare with UG)
  • Numbered Mnandis
  • Numbered Regular Sebenzas (particularly rare with UG)
There are more, but I'm starting to hyperventilate . . .
