What are you guys using to send your knives/sheaths in? Anything decorative?

For you folder makers, you might consider routing a pocket from a solid wood bottom, with a thin wood screwed-on lid to form the "box". Haven't done it myself (yet) but have seen a 150 year old fine Sheffield folder shipped this way (actually it used tacks for the lid -- and apparently survived quite well in it's snug pocket until it was rediscovered recently).
