"Dirty Epic," "Bigmouth," and "Cowgirl" are worth the price of admission alone, never mind the other stuff. You have probably heard "Born Slippy" already. "Pearl's Girl" is one of my favorite songs, in any genre, by any band -- bar none.
They have a habit of writing four or five songs, then eventually condensing them into one -- a very different approach to music as compared with most of today's artists, who seem to use the same tired old beat (or a small variation of it) throughout entire albums. The result is a sound that's complex to the point of being written off as tweaker music in some circles. I personally disagree with this point of view but it takes all kinds.
The lyrics are, for the most part, nonsense, which (according to the author) is precisely the idea. Instead of focusing on what's being said, the listener is expected to simply absorb the words and sounds as one complete package and allow the subconscious to make what it will of it all.
I often listen to this on the way home from work to put myself in the right state of mind. I typically listen to Rob Zombie or Slipknot on the way in to work...again, to put myself in the right state of mind.
