  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Dan-

Some very good fantasy action books that I can HIGHLY recommend are:

Dark Moon by David Gemmel <-- Awesome book
The Drizzt series by R. A. Savatore <-- Also awesome and lots of action - Read the Drizzt books in the order that sarts with Homeland, Exile and Sojourn...
The Drenai Saga by David Gemmel
The Great Book of Amber by Roger Zelazny

I am currently reading The Elfstones of Shanarra by Terry Brooks - It is very good so far.

Still haven't read anything that is as good and as enjoyable as the Song of Ice and Fire series by George R. R. Martin.

cheers!

Great series.

"Kushiels's Dart", "Kushiel's Chosen" and "Kushiel's Avatar" by Jacqueline Carey are some of the best reads I've had since Tolkien.

Read "The Road" and "Blood Meridian" by Cormac McCarthy recently. Very Good.

Reading the "Dark Tower" line again by Stephen King right now, along with "The Snake Charmer" by Jamie James and "The Traditional Bowhunter's Handbook" by T.J. Conrads.
