Benchmade Mini-Griptillian
Victorinox Farmer

All are affordable, versatile and reliable.
Having said this, my most carried knife is Delica 4 SE!
 
BM 710 - It just reeks of quality in design and execution!
Kershaw Junkyard Dog II - Almost as good as the 710 for $46!
Ranger RD-6 - What a tank, this thing will never break.:D

I have several blades in S30V, ZDP189, and awaiting one in Talonite..:jerkit:
But at the end, it's the good old ones thatstay in my pocket !:D
