No. The design is a Bob Loveless one, and that's where Joe (and every other maker) got the pattern.

Here's a nice little fixed blade pocket knife from Don Cowles, engraved by Chris Maloof.


This is a set of Loveless pattern Hunters by Tim Hartman with mammoth ivory and engraving by the late Ron Nott. (This was my Christmas present to my brothers a couple years ago.)


Here's a Joe Koius Folder in stag wtih engraving by Chris Maloof.


This Don Lozier is a pretty rare pattern for him, and one of a very few Persian's I have.

The second is made from Vanadis4Extra?
I'm also trying to find a knife in this steel, it would probably be the Kniferesearch Enki.

(I've no idea what Kiko would charge for a knife (oreste) in vanadis-4E)
