What are your three favorite edc's?

Work - Full size Griptilian with the oval hole or 300SSN.

My new favorites are a Benchmade 720 and a Mini Manix I just got.

If I feel like something light - a Mini Grip or Delica.

CRKT Shenanigan
This knife is just about perfect for me in ergonomics, the handles are perfectly contoured for my hands and it flips open with little to no effort. This is kinda my main knife right now because of how fun it is to flip. The steel seems really fine grained at least compared to the 8Cr13MoV I have, when at 600 grit diamond it slices paper with no tiny tears at all. Shame CRKT is apparently not gonna use Acuto+ anymore, seems to be the same as VG-10 to me.

I had a G10 763 before they discontinued it for some reason(Now it REALLY hurts). The handle isn't amazing comfy, but its just good enough to not be a big issue. The AXIS type lock is so perfect unlike a Benchmade 746, no play at ALL no matter how much I wiggle it, and smoothness is silky and it falls free when the lock is released. The clip is a little deeper than what I like, but it is a small knife so that justifies it for me. The blade cuts amazingly well and 8Cr13MoV and outdid a Kershaw Needs Work in 14C28N which everybody keeps saying is like how S30V is compared to 420J2.

I've never handled a Tenacious family knife, and now I might have to because I unexpectedly fell in love with this damn thing, even more so than with the Shenanigan. I can't stop carrying it everywhere I go, I've even slept with it a bunch, I love the look, love the perfect liner lock(20-30% completely solid lockup and fall free smooth as well), the clip is the way I like it not being too deep or high riding, It's just I cut a lot of thick cardboard sometimes and this tiny lil knife's size means the handle isn't good for hard gripping, not helped by the aluminum handles having no traction(I swear they're polished to be smooth, not sure though). I want this knife in a 3.3-3.5 blade and the same look and maybe textured aluminum or G10, it would be my knife.

While working my Benchmade 9100, H&K 14455 and Gerber Emerson Alliance.

Off Duty, Benchmade Mini AFCK, H&K 14250-701, and toss up between my SigTac Rangemaster and my Spyderco Tenacious.

Small Sebbie insingo
Delica 4 (for edc, my pm2 and southard are nicer but are weekend edc since I find these a bit on the larger side)
#3 toss up between all of the others

Benchmade Mini Griptillian
Case Sodbuster
Spyderco Endura

Kershaw S30V Blur (Work)
Ontario Rat-2 Folder (Out of town)
Spyderco Cat G10 (In town)

I would carry my Blur or Rat-1 everywhere but the local knife laws suck. :grumpy:

The Ambitious is probably my most carried of the three (I really like how thick the handle is, feels very comfortable in hand) but the Dragonfly and the Chive definitely find their way into my pocket on a frequent basis.

Victorinox Rambler--the only knife I carry every day because it lives on my keychain. Excellent tool assortment in a compact package.

CRK Small Sebenza 21 Insingo--probably gets the most carry time of all my modern one-handers these days. Carries comfortably and doesn't chew up my pockets. The blade is big enough to get most tasks done, cuts well, is easy to keep a good edge with a little stropping, feels good in hand and I dig how it looks. Carrying my Sebbie doesn't impress anyone but me because most folks I know think of Superman when they hear the name Chris Reeve. Most have never even heard of a 'Sebenza.'

GEC Tidioute #68 Pony Jack--good-lookin' and screams quality. I like everything about this guy: the classy ebony covers, the 1095 steel, the clip-and-pen blade combo, the pocket-friendly size. I swap out my traditionals more frequently than the others. Here's a photo of my most-carried traditionals (any one of 'em could be considered a favourite):

Case/Bose Coffin Jack, GEC #68 Pony Jack, Queen #51T Mini Trapper, Boker Beer Barrel Whittler, Case Small Texas Jack CV, GEC #55 Hound Tooth, GEC #15 Boys Knife, Scagel Fruitport Wharnie

Honourable mention goes to my alox SAKs. The Pioneer is my favourite, but the Cadet is nice too. Hard to beat a SAK when it comes down to sheer utility.

My typical carry set-up looks something like this:
