What blades are Becker Heads using in their kitchen?

Wait til you try a Henckels Twin Select, or a Shun (or even a Cutco). Whole different level of quality.

I can only imagine. Not in my cards to spend that kind of cash on me kitchen knives though :D

Hey fellow CO guy! I'm down south in castle rock.....

I've been using my BK-15 since Friday, and it works great! Goes through tomatoes like a dream.

We use a Henckel's 7" Santoku as our 'big' knife.
A couple Henckel's paring knives (3 & 4")
I made a weird 5-6" santoku-esque "experiment" that I use a lot despite it's many problems. One day that will get re-made.
One of my own paring knives with another on the way (in proper 3/32"), and a scrap knife that's my fav for cheese.

I make a lot of paring knives, actually. Accidentally turned out to be one of my specialties.
