What blades, fixed or folder, do you think would be stout enough to neutralize a 12 f

No crap!? I want to see that on one of the outdoor channels. How is croc and gator meat anyway? Any good?

Crocodile meat is freely available in restaurants and supermarkets where I live. It is relatively tasteless and needs flavouring or spicing. It is white meat, bit of a cross between fish and chicken.

No alligators here.
 
A good poke in the gator's eye with your thumb will be your only chance if you don't already have a knife in hand.
