Today I was looking through my knives and to my surprise realized I had more Becker's then I thought 5 of them, that's right up there with my Spyderco's....Everything else is in 3's and 4's :D esee, kershaw,buck,puma, machetes not included.. :D

My meager collection is pitiful to many of yours but I was curious what brand/model of knife you have most of, and is there a specific reason why?

Benchmade, but that's about to change....CRK has direct access to my checking account:)
 
It was Benchmade but with all of Spydercos Sprint runs I think they now lead in numbers. Unfortunately I have so many great users that most of my knives sit in their boxes, never having been used or touched really. I don't have a local knife shop so I just have to order anything I think I will like and only my very favorite get used (maybe 5%?). I have a lot of nice knives and money tied up which is a little sad and causing me to start to lose interest in knives. Only some of the Sprint runs really appeal to me these days.
 
No offense, but MikeH must be a rich boy, unless he's got like 4 Busse's and one knife of another brand which would mean,I guess,that he has by far the most Busses, just like he says. Of course even if he has only 4 Busses he must be fairly well off. [or else he eats beans out of can for every meal]
But I digress. I've have by far the most Cold Steel products. This is partly a result of living close to a knife store which carries the whole CS line, which means that I don't have to pay shipping for anything. Another reason is that CS has such a wide range of offerings as compared to any other maker I know of. The main reason though is that CS just makes a lot of things I really like. As I was saying the other day, just when I think I have more than enough CS stuff, out comes their new catalogue and the bastards drag me back in.
One more thing, for you guys that don't like CS [ and I have a feeling there might be one or two of you out there] I should mention that I have quite a few Spydercos and Emersons as well as a few Benchmades and ZTs. So even though I'm familiar with "better" brands, I still dig Cold Steel. [ but no, not one solitary Busse]
