What Buck are you carrying today?

Rare? Certainly not! But today's EDC is uncommon as it was only sold by Buck for 2 years, 2017 and 2018. The Buck Model 300 Glacier has a 420hc blade and G10 handles. That makes it a bit "upscale" for a China Buck. Great size,
just a little bit larger than a 501. Perfect 5th pocket fit!

Weekend carry was the Paradigm Shift. Used it to cut up a dry aged ribeye from a fancy steakhouse that had dull serrated knives on Friday, a thick cut sirloin last night at home and a bunch of boxes today. Might be my favorite EDC.

Made a pot of chili last night for a work thing today. Needing to take food somewhere and keep it warm is the only time the crock pot gets used. Just about everything else at home besides homemade soups is cooked or baked in cast iron. My 121 is my favorite chili knife, even more so than my actual Buck kitchen knives. I use canned diced tomatoes so it’s just slicing onions and a few types of peppers.
