What Buck Do You Have on Order? Or in the Mail?

I thought I would start this thread so we could let everyone know what we have on order. (Then we can post in the https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/whats-your-newest-buck-knife.1640849/ thread after receiving!)

I just ordered a 500 Duke from DLT! Rosewood Dymondwood with nickel silver bolsters, 420HC. I thought the 500 was discontinued, so I grabbed one. I am not sure if this is left-over stock or a limited run.

Unfortunately, I did not have enough in my cart for free shipping. So now I have a 501 Squire on order also!

I have a prototype BCCI 112 drop point Stag in the process of getting to Florida..David has a 110 in the same box. USPS 'lost' the letter mailed at Christmas and after more than 30 days 'found' it just after I made a request for a replacement money order and sent another check off. The first time I had ever had a real problem with the Post office and I will NEVER trust them again. I used to take for granted the mail would go thru and all would be well but not any more lol! My father in law had a treasured 257 Weatherby rifle that NEEDED to be rebarreled and instead of sending it off actually drove to the company in his truck camper (400 miles) and waited in the parking lot 3 days until the work was done to take it home. I used to laugh about all the time, trouble and expense he went thru but not anymore.

The 112 XRT was on a list with other knives that went into Buck a few weeks ago. Not sure when Buck will fill the order. Until then just waiting.
 
Waiting on the BCCI knife as well. Still haven't received a ship notice on the BOTM, but then I added a 32oz growler thing so that probably fouled up the smoothly running machine that Buck usually has for BOTMs ;-). And I just ordered a couple 112 TRXs... looking forward to seeing those as well.
 
Well, apparently my daughter listens. I was talking about a 112 drop point the other day. Since she’s never been good at keeping a secret, she told me yesterday my early birthday present is on its way. I should talk about washing the car, mowing the grass and dusting the blinds more often…:rolleyes:
 
does Buck send a shipping notice? i placed the order monday night. have not heard anything since.
 
Of course, as soon as I mention "waiting for..." the mail lady brings them to my door a couple hours later. Very cool.
Now, did I mention I'm "waiting for" a couple 112 TRX's, which I ordered this morning? runs to the front window and looks out. 🤣

I learned this from the pup... if we say "the boys are coming over today" he immediately rushes to the front window and watches the driveway for their car. Poor thing, he understands English pretty well, but "time" is a concept that evades him.
