What camera does everyone use?

Wow a Miranda. My first 35mm camera was a Miranda SLR and I liked it a lot. Then I moved to Nikon FE's (have three of them), and finally in the digital world, the Sony stuff I mentioned before (A65) is my favorite. But I'm sure I would like a slightly higher end Sony. If I buy something new at this point, it will probably be a Sony NEX of some sort to use in conjunction with the A65.

Yeah I was pretty stoked to find it at the flea market! The guy wanted $50 for it and once I showed him it didn't work and was missing two knows he took $10 for it. I tore it down and got it working, cleaned all the optics and elements, and it is a great little shooter now! It's "patina" is actually dirt, grease and grime. I think this came out of a auto shop doing insurance work, being handled with greasy hands all the time. I left it, just to keep its character!

Tomorrow's rotation is actually moving into auto focus! Gonna go shoot the F100 tomorrow with some Velvia 100f. Probably going to use the 70-300 Nikkor as well.

I use the camera on my Samsung Galaxy S4 most, since I always carry it with me. But I also use this Olympus for making my pictures. It has a nice zooming function which I use a lot when photographing buildings or wildlife.

Today's kit, F100, Nikkor 50/1.8, Nikkor 70-300, SB-800, V5 triggers, a couple extra rolls of film and some fresh batteries.

Well, I am back to a Canon. Picked up a 60D on the big river for a steal of a deal. Got it yesterday, and I have to say I have missed DSLRs :)

It's wierd but I might as well chime in amongst you old people and your fancy vintage cameras cause thats not how we do it here in 2014

My cell phone the Samsung galaxy s4(the new sony xperia cell phone has an amazing camera as well)....Real talk though this thing has wowed both me and my hobbyist photographer girlfriend on multiple occasions. Best thing is I always have it- Its there on every hike/hunt it's so darn tiny I bring it along just for the camera. Works great for selfies if you're so inclined as well...god help you

Funny... I've taken like 20 pictures total with my Samsung smartphone in two years. I just never consider it much of a camera. It's there for emergency use mostly or for pure convenience. Works good taking pictures of parts to go the auto parts store..... I need one of these...

Where do you 35mm guys get your film developed?

Samsung phone cameras are good, but they can't be compared to a camera with manual controls. The shooting experience is totally different.

I have a galaxy S4 and indeed, for a cellular phone it has a pretty nice camera. But my old Samsung Epic was a bit nicer to use because it actually put the manual controls up front in the menus, not buried like the S4. It also had useable program modes, not just 7 different portrait scenes.

As for my film, I have a professional grade lab just a few paces from my front door. Literally 500 feet away. I've been dealing with them in one form or another as long as I can remember. My mother used to take me in there in the 80's when I was still shooting a Kodak 110 camera with flash cubes! Lol!

I shoot digital as well, I have a Nikon D200, a D80, J1, S1. I actually shoot the D200 the most, but it's usually for specific shoots.

I shoot with a Minox BL and a Minox TLX.

The BL is perfect as a camera i carry around my neck, and the TLX goes into my pocket. I'm a musician, and these 2 cameras travel with me on my gigs. Minox BL loaded with Black & White film, and the TLX is loaded with colour film. I slit the film myself.

Neck carry BL:

Minoxes among my other EDC items:

Nice Nick! I still have my Minox C, and a bit of film left. I never did slit my own, but I do my own processing now that I found the little spools for my tank. Don't shoot with it often, but it's a fun little camera.

My daily carry around kit is a Sony NEX 7 with a vintage Olympus Pen FT 25/4, and a Vintage Canon LTM 35/1.8 rangefinder lens. Still take my Canon P rangefinder out from time to time, as well. Plus some of the older fixed lens RF's like the Yashica Lynx 5000, and Canonet ql17GIII. Process my own BW, or drop at a pro-lab if I'm feeling lazy.

My pro rigs are a couple Canon 5D Mk II with the necessary macro, wide, and T/S lenses I need for products and architecture, a Horseman VHR 6x9, and Horseman LX 4x5 cameras with a variety of Rodenstock glass to meet my needs (per above). 120 and 4x5 goes to a pro lab for processing and drum scanning if needed.

Cool:) I have a minox C too, but find it too large to carry around. Recently i've been shooting with another interesting vintage film camera:)

The idea of the Minox C as "too large to carry around" tickles me pink. But then, I carry 4x5's around...

Interesting Mikroma - 110? 16mm? Is that a Meopta marque?
