What carbide grit size to true Edgepro stones?

What size of carbide grit should I use with a glass plate to true/freshen my edgepro stones?

Should I use the same grit size for all stones? 120/180/MF/220/320/600?

My supplier will be Lee Valley tools.

I use the 90x Lapping Grit (4 oz) for all the Edgepro stones.
