i want to carry a simple knife which i can use in kitchen and use for chicken .

I've got (just) a couple Case knives (the Beanie Baby of knives) other than the one the OP pictured. I've got three of those. I love Sodbuster Juniors.
I had two and gave one away to a friend who I knew would be a good home. Then recently a local big box hardware store put their knives on sale and I picked up two more for $11 each.
I'm carrying the snot out of one, I have one to gift someday, and I have one to stash away as a backup.

Only own two Case knives. Both are in my broken truck, in Michigan. I'm in ... Tennessee, atm, on the way to CT, then to Michigan, tomorrow, after we deliver a few transformers(?) to some power company. I don't know yet what the MI freight will be , dispatch is mum on that.

I love my canoe. At the moment it's my favorite knife.
Rosewood trapper. I love the bare head. Just got it back from Case. I sent it out the day I got it because both blades were rubbing the liner. I'm glad I did because after almost two months, it's perfect. They did a little better job sharpening too. I've sent a few of my trappers in right away and they've always come back great. Wish they came that way the first time.
That's one way to use a case knife. LolCase Tested XX Teardrop in Olive green jigged bone.
I'm going to ignore the attempt to segregate Case to the trad subforum.

Going camping. I figured its three blades on one knife to compliment the 4 fixed blades i am bringing. LOL 5 knives two days . Glamping at it's finest!

My EDC is a Copperlock. It performs every task I need it to and manages to look pretty at the same time. My previous pocket carry was a mini grip. Just as compact and capable, but not nearly as pleasing to the eye.
