  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What changes/customizations would you like to be seen made available to the Sebenza?

mmmm lets see....

Clipless option for the small Seb at least (ditto stjames & MVG) w/o the cutout
Damascus Umnumzaan
Rotating damascus options (maybe Nicholas or Damasteel options)
Swedge available on the 21 blade
A factory option for G10 or Carbon Fiber on the non-locking Slab
Upgrade Steel option - S90V, CTS-20CP, etc.
Stonewashed plain scales

That's about it for now. Oh, and I'm still dreaming for Chris to make some custom, hand-made Seb's or Umnumzaan's in the spirit of Rick Hinderer, Ernie Emerson, etc., outside of the production line. It won't happen, but I bet he'd sell new "H" models for whatever he wants to ask for them. Who here wouldn't buy one?

I'd like that bevel on the cutout, where the thumb-stud is, back.

I'll second the different micarta options.

I'll also second the large Mandi.
So glad this was already mentioned as I've been thinking a larger one would be perfect.
The nail-nick is so elegant.

How about a "super sized" Sebenza with a 4.5" - 5 " blade and the thicker titanium slabs.

Id like to see embellishment options of ANY kind for the umnumzaan... I absolutely love the design, but some options are always nice.

+1 for blade steel options... I would love to get a seb or umnumzaan with 2 or 3 fitted blades in other steels in the box (like S90V, 3V, and damascus... or CPM REX 121 ;))

I would also love to see some grind options... like a full convex grind...

I would also love a double bladed sebenza, with a plain edge one side, and a serrated edge the other side...

Though I guess the possibilities are endless....

But the current designs rock, so no complaints... just fantasies ;)

Maybe a Glow in the Dark G-10 Scale, Scratch that I just had one done up by Tuffthumbz

A Spyderhole would make the Lg. Insingo my grail knife.

Horrible chop, but don't tell me this isn't sexy

Here's an original pic if anyone else wants to show off their photoshop skills

I like the Sebenza just the way it is.

More Regulars with inlays would be my choice. But then they would not be "Limited" any more...

Kind regards,

Jos

I want absolutely ZERO wait for whatever variation of Sebenza that I want to be available when I phone in an order or shop online!!!

I want to save up for a Large Micarta Sebenza (a real workhorse) but I don't want to get the funding available just to find out that they aren't in stock anywhere :grumpy:

I know it's Photoshopped but that CRK with the hole is just plain ugly. It reminds me of the Spyderco Rock Lobster.

I do not like the Insingo blade at all. Reminds me of this bird everytime I see a pic of the blade. Should have called it the Sebenza Toucan.

I also would like to see some stonewashed scales.
I dont really see the appeal of the aftermarket G10 scales. I think it weakens the design and the knife.
