WHat Company uses the best Natural Stag for the Traditional slipjoints

When it comes to production knives that are less than 3 figures, I prefer the Hen & Rooster made in Germany stag. Here's a knife I just ordered, and I will follow up with a real world pic after receipt....

GEC and Now Queen both have outstanding stag. What KnifeSwapper said is absolutely true--one looks great to my eye and another substandard.

That being said, we have people who are looking for what I would call substandard and hate what I call outstanding. It is all in the eye of the beholder.

Here is my best (currently ONLY) stag. its a german bull large dirtbuster. its a lockback, but the small version is a slipjoint. I kind of wish I had gone with the small one. This one is bigger than my ideal. I must confess, its nowhere near some of what Ive seen here, but I dig it. It was a Christmas gift from my wife, and the sheath was custom made by a local tack shop leather worker.

Two recently acquired Buck 300 series have nice, gnarly stag too, a 301 B&C and an earlier 303, they're waiting for pics too :o

I agree with what seems to be the consensus that GEC stag rules, the little #26 Watch Pocket Sunfish that i had was a beaut ...
