just got a knife from evilbay says sheriff knife solingen germany then a fist holding three arrows who made this knife.everyone have a good and safe weekend. thanks doug.
 
I'm not sure about this brand but I found a pic that shows the logo if that helps anyone to recognize it.

It's PIC(Precise International Corp.) out of Suffen, Ny. They were/are one of multitude of post WWII importers that popped up. Probably most known for being a early importer of Wengen knives and Gamo air guns.

The knife was made by probably Schlieper or Linder for them in the 50's-60's.
