What determines who gets your business IE how do you shop where you shop

That is a VERY valid statement - We all make mistakes, it's how we deal with them is what's important.

I'll third this^ I am happy with someone who treats me well and is willing to address issues quickly when they arise. I'm in Canada so I have to be fairly careful when ordering from the U.S. since our dollar is in the toilet, but I still order a lot from across the border because of loyalty I feel to some people who have treated me well. Who cares if it's a few bucks more to get what you want every time compared to a cheaper price for getting some of what you want most of the time and horrible customer service in my opinion.

The early morning email notification when something new hits the store is pretty effective at getting my business. The nicest stuff always goes quick, I have made many, many 6:30 am purchases hehe
