I'm bored here at my school library, and figured this may be an interesting topic. Everyone seems to enjoy the "What are you carrying" threads so I figured a "What did you cut today" thread would be just an interesting. If it has been done before or you guys just plain dont like it, go ahead and let it die, I wont take offense.
Some days I carry my knives and they never leave pocket, sometimes it seems like they never leave my hand. So far its not even noon and I've had my Spyderco Blue Alemite Walker (my first day carrying it) out all day. I've snipped a few loose threads on my gf's new coat, and while in class had to make some notecards. As you prob know, college classes dont have school supplies like scissors. A ruler and my Walker took good care of the whole class.
Luckily for me, this college is fairly liberal about knives and stuff on campus, as long as they're used in a proper manner. They pretty much have the same views I do- If you're willing to carry it clipped to your pocket so everyone knows you have it, you probably wont be using it as a weapon. It's the kids with knives and guns in their backpacks you have to worry about.
The more interesting story the better. Please also list what type of knife was doing the cutting.
