I think that this will be a fun and interesting thread. Since we are all knifenuts here I figure that a lot of us received a knife for fathers day. Please post what you received for fathers day it doesn't HAVE to be a knife. Pictures are always fun!

I know that someone will probably ask what I got for father's day but Im not a father. I did give my dad a nice case knife that I picked up at the blade show though!

i'm not a father but i got my dad a card and a wallet. i know it's a typical "i got you this because i had to" gift, but he really did need one. his old one was all ripped up and whenever he took it out all of his credit cards fell out. so now he doesn't risk loosing anything. :D

I got a an S&W Extreme Ops from my sister in law. (It's the though that counts.) It's actually pretty cool.

I got some wonderful cards, this shirt and an EESE Arrowhead and Sheath (which will be shipped soon).

Click link to see sheath.

:)But more important than any of that, is a wonderful daughter, wife, and family.:)

A nice Queen City 4" stockman with 1095 blades and stag scales.
Haven't taken any pics. A stock image will have to do for now.

I'm not a father but my brother and sister and I got a Seiko watch for my Dad. He's mentioned to me a few times what a pain in the butt it is to get watch batteries changed, so an automatic watch should fix that problem.

I think he'll like it.

Nothing, but then again that is 'par for the course' in my 'family'.

I have been a Dad- last two years and my gift every year is truly my beautiful daughter. She's even a little crazy like her pops. Anyway- knowing the wife would not get me anything worthwhile- as she hastily ushered off to Macy's on Sat night- and got me some clothes that I don't even like. I'm honest at least. Luckily, I was smart enough to know in advance or intuition really-and so I got myself some stuff in preparation for today: A really nice Case 'tree ring' seahorse whittler with some cool engraving on the bolsters. Sorry no pics yet. I also got myself the Protech/Bradley ltd run 'underboss' in the red aluminum and white micarta. Love both blades and even though my daughter is a wee less then two- I kissed her and told her well done!! Daddy loves the gifts you got me-and what good taste you have. :) Happy Fathers day to you all! The greatest gift one can ever have is truly family.

I got a 6 drawer Sears tool chest for my knives, so I won't have to dump them in a plastic bin anymore.

im no father but i made my dad a knife out of an old file. its not done yet but will be in about an hour.

i think he will like it.

My wife got me 2 really nice shirts. I couldn't have done any better if I'd bought them my self. I saw all 3 of my kids in their 20's.

I got cards/hugs and kisses upon waking (kids are 5y and 6y). Wife took me to my favorite Tex-Mex restaurant for lunch. In the past week I've gotten a Swamp Rat Rodent Solution, Buck 120 and an AG Russell frame-lock so any of those could technically be my present.

My wife got me a GCI outdoors camp chair that reclines. It's the first camp chair I've sat in w/o being forced to slouch. And a Kelty waterproof blanket.

We got together for a nice nice breakfast, my 5 year old made me a wonderful card, made me a coaster (did all of his own artwork) for my coffee cup and my 22 year old bought me the 8GB Sansa Clip+ and a 16GB memory card to add to it's overall storage space. I already had the original Clip and use it daily but they felt I may enjoy the new version and being about to store more music. I've had a great day and couldn't ask for more.
Hope the rest of you are have a great Fathers Day as well.

A sushi dinner w/ hot sake, a Monteverde Invincia Stealth fountain pen w/ a 3 ounce bottle of polar blue bulletproof Noodler's Ink, a leather-bound journal and new badger shaving brush. This should hold me over until Christmas, when they start getting hints for a Saddleback Leather wallet and briefcase... One can wish, right?? Happy Father's Day BF Dads!

No knives for me, but my wife knows that she's better off letting me get my own gear, because I am super patient about finding stuff at the right price.

My 3 boys are the best gift I can imagine. They take care of their dad. Today, I received three great cards, a couple of sets of fishing lures/gear, painstakingly chosen by my children, and a new basketball to replace the one that somehow disappeared from my closet. :D

I was also given a couple of nice shirts from my beautiful wife, who is a gift as well.

I did not get anything as my wife and son are out of the country and family all lives on the west coast, but my roomate and good friend cooked me and my other roomate venison backstrap rice and plantains (they are Puerto Rican). Thanks guys and Happy Father's Day to everyone!
