for fathers day thread.
I did well this year with a 10.8 Lith-Ion Dremel and a 3 stone Smith sharpening kit.

The kids are going to cook me dinner

but my gf got us tickets to Clapton/Winwood :D

I have to cook my own dinner but the wife picked these up for me to grill.

My favorite "gift" was my 5-year-old hosing down the air-breather on my hotrod:mad:

Got it started after 45 min of air-drying (whew).

My wife put a new chain and springs on my porch swing, and sewed up a set of fabric tubes to cover the chains, so it is more comfortable to lean against them.

And she's making BBQ ribs.

Supposedly I'm getting a nice dinner this evening, followed by ---- a hand and foot massage by my wife, a hairdo by my 13 year old daughter, and a "walk on back" massage by my 9 year old daughter...

Life is good

So far, a big rubber excercise ball for my back, an awesome card and hand drawn picture from my 7 year old daughter, a call from my 22 year old son and the loan of my 4 year old sons favorite plastic T-Rex:D (he wouldn't be able to sleep without it). 3 more to check in, but my 2 teenage daughters often forget for about a week or so:rolleyes:.

My <3month old has been screaming for the vast majority of the day, goes great with occipital neuralgia.

I got a little chopper for killing nuts in the kitchen. And a little porcelian deer bedded down under a tree.

But I got to spend time with my little jarhead which makes my day complete. I had to work today, but will try to take the kid out fishing tomorrow.

got to see my real grandbaby yesterday (youngest son's boy) at a cookout at the oldest son's house, then my step-grandbaby (oldest son's inherit child, boy) was there as well amongst about 20 other people, but i was the last one to leave...

now for the interesting part the oldest boy has my second grandbaby, boy, due on july 29th, all of this in about a years time.

Hey stricknine,

The S&W model 19 is one sweet shooting pistol. I have a mod 19 with a 6" barrel that drives nails. Congrats and happy Father's Day. BTW, the wife and kids got me an ipod.

A Morrells Field Point Target for bow practice (WOOHOO, I really wanted this) from my wife.

And my oldest son (24) is coming over to see me tonight with his girlfriend.
