I use some of my beaters to break up and stir powdered chemicals that have become caked .tales of using your knife not cutting.
So you're saying you scored? Good for you!Okay here's a real one: I didn't cut, but instead scored (is that still the right term for this?) these boxes I am making to ship knives in. It's one of the uses I have for a radiused spine on a knife. I did cut the cardboard, just not the spots where I am making folds. I used to cut those to half depth and fold towards the cut mark, but I changed it up because I think this is a bit stronger, and maybe looks better? The two methods are surely equivalent for practical purposes though.

I didn't cut the cheese, but the day is young.
I cut through a the edge of a finger nail when I first was learning to fidget with it. However, I didn't draw blood so no harm no foul.Fidgeting with my 20.5, I did not, not cut my right hand pinky finger.
