I agree the wait for the ZT0777 has been long...perhaps too long. But as knife collectors, many (not all) are looking for the "perfect" blade. Until the 777 gets released, we will not know how perfect this blade is. I think there are many manufacturing complexities that are delaying the project. I'm sure ZT is painfully aware of this. I just hope ZT understands that this delay with the MT copy has somewhat stolen their momentum...a very difficult thing to achieve in a consumer driven market. (Actually the MT copy may have added to the market drama a bit...probably a good thing. ZT just needs to capitalize on this before people either forget or just drop orders...as is starting to happen).
So, we patiently wait, and hope the 777 is all we hoped it would be. Having said that, a flawless product will forgive many sins...
