What did you use to carve the turkey?

I used a carving knife made by Tom Goodpasture. He's a student of PJ Tomes and has learned well as the knife went through the turkey like it was butter.

I was at my parent's house, and there wasn't a sharp knife in the place. I ended up carving the turkey with the Benchmade 710 that was in my pocket. It worked fine.

It was the first chance I've had to use my carver. It slipped thru the bird nicely. I used my shun 5" utility to get the last of the dark meat off. It seemed a bit easier to use for the fine work. i knew the host would have crummy knives around, so everyone was impressed that I had brought my set.

eyeeatingfish, yes on the Spyderco kitchen knives, I have the full set and used the longer serrated utility knife on the turkey no problem, my wife is very happy with them said they are the sharpest knives she has ever used.
