What did you use your EDC for Today?

I carried my new (Second I bought, first I liked) RAT 1 mostly today. Used it to slice some potatoes and other stuff for food prep. Turned out really well for just using what I had. Then I did some work around the house since the rivers are flooded. Used it to slice some boxes up to fit in the burn barrel, open some boxes for my grandma, trimmed some stuff, etc. Then I used it helping my girlfriend set up her dog kennel (open box, sealed bag, etc.)

I enjoy using my knives, and don't mind that I have a real need for one quite often.
 
I had to use my Spyderco Bradley folder to cut some surgical hose, open some mail, pry off a plastic access-piece on a buffing machine, and I also cut some shrink wrap & plastic ties. All in a day's work.
