What did you use your knife for at work?

Cut zip ties, cut beef ribs, spread chicken salad on bread. Leatherman, Coleman Hobo.
 
use my leatherman wave daily to open the plastic wrap on universal joints for tail shafts and such, also use the pliers to move swarf from my tool on the lathe while machining up stuff for drive line components.
 
at work I usually use my Spyderco Delica 4 or my Benchmade Mini Grip 556. They get plenty of use because I work in a grocery store. I'm constantly opening boxes and packages. I also used my knife as a fork almost every day because the owner won't provide us with plastic forks :grumpy:
