  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What did you use your SAK for today?

Cut some limbs out of the way while Turkey hunting

I don't usually get the job of opening the waters because I have been known to cut the bottles open as well with sharp knives while doing it.

That's why I try to open packages with the edge upward, like I'm opening the abdomen of some critter for field dressing. I learned the hard way what a sharp SAK blade does to a nice, new dress shirt in the top of a care package from Mom back in 1987.

As I was about out to step out, I noticed the doorknob on the inside of my outer security door was becoming loose, so I used the small screwdriver/can opener tool on my Spartan SAK to tighten the two Phillips screws at the base of the doorknob. It was a little awkward positioning the tool to access the screws, but it worked.
