What did you use your SAK for today?

Thank you Dan ( sonofwilfred sonofwilfred ) and wifeofDan, that is very gracious of you two. Probably can't happen anytime soon, at least not until we figure a way to drive there, but I would surely love it. I've broken bread with many Aussies here in the States, (long story) one fellow even borrow a pair of my insulated boots to wear on his three week trip to the Arctic. He is one of only two men I know of that have walked a mile in my shoes.

I'm preparing to take the Professional Engineering exam on Monday, so I thought it would be prudent to check the voltage of my calculator's battery. This required removing the entire back panel which in turn required removing six tiny screws, followed by two even smaller screws securing the battery in place. The closest screwdriver small enough was the eyeglasses driver on my Explorer. At first I tried using the small driver on my LM Micra, but it was so big that I feared it would strip the screw slots. I quickly learned that the eyeglasses driver is optimized for screws that require less than a full revolution--such as eyeglasses screws! Turning it farther than a revolution basically spins it out from between your thumb and finger. But it got the job done!
