Dayum I finally have seen the BUSSE I wouldn't be able to resist. Too bad they're so rare, amazing score!

The knife is the BT6 or Bowie Team 6. It was a special project that was done for a specific group of people.

Interested in who this group of people are.... Can we forum members collaborate for something that neat too?

Ya this BT6 would have to be my Busse Grail knife currently. I love a good Bowie and infi.

i have seen a few i couldn't resist even more that hurt to click off the exchange but i have to let my credit card cool down. this just adds to the list. hopefully this or a variant will be released to us.

Since this knife has generated a lot of questions, it was suggested I make a separate post to see if we can figure out what it is.

It was part of my Mystery Grab Bag.

Sorry for the pic quality, I'll try and get some better shots of it.

So, what is it?

It is pretty sweet, is what it is!

Yes! I lol'd. [emoji38]

Thank you, thank you, I'll be here all week. :D

The knife is the BT6 or Bowie Team 6. It was a special project that was done for a specific group of people. They agreed to let us to sell the overrun blades to the general public, just not with their markings or in their color combo. Not gonna be many of these floating around.

 That's even cooler!!! :D

The blade reminded me of something, and it didn't hit me until I was laying in bed last night. It very closely resembles the Swamp Rat Mini Mojo / Mini Uncle Mojo from ~2005ish.

(borrowed pic, no idea who it belonged to)

It seems the shape in general is quite popular. Maybe something close would be an extremely popular future offering. In INFI of course. This one would sell like hot cakes in my opinion. I would be willing to put in for at least two.

The more I look at that blade the more I think of how great it would look after a trip to the custom shop for a satin finish and some smooth wood, bone or mammoth tooth handles. It would definitely be the coolest knife in most any hunting camp.

sweet!!!:thumbup::cool::thumbup:

I would love to see something similar to this released. Specifically, without a choil and just a sharpening notch.

For the size, I think infi is not a necessity, though it would be neat.

I would also be happy with more bowie/clip knives in general.

Great score, I would never sell it.
