What Do I Have???

I just picked up an interesting SOG in a trade. It has a Tomcat style blade, but the handle is all polymer. Anyone have an idea? I'll get a pic up tonight.

I carried an AirSOG from the end of high school all the way through college. It was a very nice knife, and came with a nylon or cordura horizontal/vertical (had straps for both ways) belt sheath. I loved that knife, very nice size and weight. The sheath in the horizontal position was pretty much invisible to anyone who might notice typical pocket clips and such.
