What do use to sharpen your Beckers?

I'm quite new to the Lansky, but I've played around with my EsKaBar for a couple of times.. the "problem" I first found is the wedge shape blade makes the clamp tilt from side to side... but I solved that by using the little notch for small blades on that BK14.

I havent found the problem you are describing.... Do you mean how "deep" in the clamp you put the blade??
 
All my knifes get sharpened on a Soft Arkansas, Hard Arkansas, then Loaded Strop.

If they're exceptionally dull I pull out the good old coarse/medium two sided silicon carbide stone.
