Great blade shape - lots of fairly complex detail in the handle. Powder coat definitely gives it a nice professional look. Thanks for the pics.

Nice blade and your name suits you to a tee! You indeed have to be aliloff to start making knives, let alone the sheathes and scabbards from a hundred different materials!!!!:thumbup:![]()

After you ground and finished the blade did you "draw/temper" it back in your oven to a straw color? If you left it full file hard it is brittle and although fine for uses a knife is used for not good for chopping and other rough and heavy duty.![]()
I used a torch and tempered from the spine while the edfge was cut into a wet sponge. learned how from the primitive ways website. pretty interesting stuff there.
