We'll be using O-1 for that baby. That's still my favorite steel. Plus I think I'm done with A-2. I still like 1095 a lot and 5160, but O-1 is my favorite. I'm having a hard time finding a stainless I want to start using. (in addition to all the carbon I'll keep primarily using)

Why are you done with A-2? Just curious....

Some people had what they considered to be bad experiences with A-2, not with my knives, but with some others' knives. Either way, I know when to avoid stigmas whether I think they are deserved or not. I have a few of my knives in A-2 in the personal collection and I like them.
