What do y'all folksy folks carry everyday?

I am curious to see what sorts of things you keep in your pockets everyday. Wondering if people that carry slippies regularly edc different stuff than the tacticool crowd does.

I personaly keep in my pockets a couple quarters and dimes, leather trifold wallet, Zippo lighter (don't smoke just like them and find them very useful), car and house keys (in a minimalist way, very small keyring with only three keys), and a slippie of some sort in my pocket(here lately it has been a Case CV Trapper or a SAK Tinker/Soldier). On my belt I carry a flashlight (lately a Surefire 6P or AA Mini Maglight), cell phone unfortunately, and the occasional Buck 110/112. When in my work uniform, I have two pens clipped in my shrt pockets. One is a Cross and the other a Parker Jotter. I have also been carrying my Viking Whetstone around my neck.

So, what's y'all carryin'?

left pocket - keychain with keys, countycomm micro widgy, p38, photon, paperclip

right pocket - cell phone, carmex click stick, knife (Vic Electrician for the past few weeks)

a lot of times all that gets put into the left pocket, except the cell phone goes to the back pocket, and a S&W 642 goes in the right pocket.

back right pocket - countycomm la wallet and sometimes a one-hand lockback knife, lately it's been a spyderco cricket

i also usually have a pen clipped into my shirt, lately the Sharpie Pen has been there for me
 
In my left front pocket is my keys with SAK Classic SD and my SAK Huntsman. Right pocket and watch pocket varries. But it is slippies. Case Canoe, Case Trapper, Case Copperhead(this has become my favorite), Case Small Stockman, Kissing Crane Copperhead, Buck Mini Trapper, Schrade Stockman(my dads everyday carry knife for many, many years). And some others, but I have listed enough for now. Once in a while I will slip a Winchester Locker on my pocket via clip. But that is happening less and less. SOmetimes I will slip a Buck 110 in my right rear pocket. All depends what mood I am in and where I am going. Somtimes the Buck is in it's sheath on my right hip. Depends if my handguns is there.

Of course that all changes if I have my fanny pack on, but I won't go into that now. I have talked enough.

One of these three knives, a Sheffield, or an Oldtimer, or Barlow. I really don't carry much else besides my knives. Maybe a pen or pencil.

Used to carry a L. F. & C. swell-end jack that has to be at least eighty years old... Then I realized it was old and that I really didn't want to lose it.

Stockman or some variation of it, small flashlight, Leatherman PST II, some cash, car and house key. I try to travel light.

Right rear pocket- bandana often with a trapper beside it
Left rear pocket- empty
Left front pocket- small wallet, keys, Craftsman four way pocket screwdriver and a Vic claccis
Right front pocket- knife
 
Generally speaking I normally have a knife with a pocket clip, of late it has been my AG Russell Folding Spear Point most often. If not the AG then it has been my Mcusta made Browning Ice Storm. Then in the watch pocket I will have a slipjoint, again of late it has been either a CV peanut or my Shadowbone Baby Butterbean. Or if I am wearing carpenter jeans a Blue Alox SAK in the tool pocket. The cell phone fits in there as well. Right front pocket holds the card case I use for a wallet along with my Grandfather's Zippo. Kramer Confidential T-Shirt holds a PF-9, Hume Jit strong side holds 325PD, left pocket holds a Smith Model 12. 511 vest or jacket in the winter holds keys, smokes, pen, and normally a Buck Transport clipped on to a d-ring or zipper pull.
 
Right now I am at work waiting to do a year end inventory... I have:
Right Front Pocket: Customized Case 6347SS w/ Ivory & Torquoise scales.
Watch Pocket: Zippo Lighter w/US Flag.
Left Front Pocket: Paper-cliped Money.
Nothing on my back pockets, I leave them empty so I can stuff things in em while working.
On my belt I have a Sheathed S&M 2 Blade Jack.
I have a Carabiner with my Truck and Shop keys on a right side belt loop...
My Carhartt has a Parker Large 5 Blade in it... and my phones and gloves...

It does xhange a lot, sometimes, like today, I dont want to wear anything on my belt, sometimes I carry my CeeTees in their pouch with a screwdriver, as well as a buck 110 or 112 in its sheath next to the MiniMag in its holster.


edit: yes, I dont carry a cell phone, I have one, but cant stand the annoying thing.

Right front: Slipjoint in a pocket clip sheath(GEC #23 Pioneer today) and Keys(car, house, office).

Left back: Empty

More me it varies. But I almost never leave the house without:

My watch.
A pocketknife.
Keys (including a Swiss+Tech Utili-Key 6-in-1).
my 8 gig iPod Nano.
A Harmonica.
Wallet.
Mobile phone.
A pack of tissues (if the kids are with me).
 
Left front pocket - Miquelrius mini notebook

Right front pocket - keys (key ring has a small LED light, collapsible pen, Swisstech Utili-key)

Watch pocket - Case peanut (if at work)

Left rear pocket - wallet

Right rear - nothing (if at work), or a Mini Canadian and Vic Spirit in a KSF sheath (if at leisure)

Left wrist - watch
 
Today:

Left front pocket- keychain with Vic Minichamp and Brookstone LED microlight, Pilot P-500, Uniball Vision Elite
Right back pocket- Louis Vuitton wallet
Right front pocket- Schatt & Morgan sowbelly
Watch pocket- Case mini-copperlock

Left wrist- Casio PRG-130 "Pro-Trek" tough solar triple sensor (not very "folksy"- but pretty cool)

My Iphone rides in my coat.

I keep it fairly simple.

Slipjoint of the day in right rear or right front pocket, depending on size.

Leatherman Micra in watch pocket.

Keyring with a small forged pry tool/screw driver from Ray Kirk, "Sliver Gripper" and a flat multi-point pocket screwdriver I've had since I was a little kid in left front. Keyring also has a Photon II on it.

Wallet in left rear.
 
I'm a prepared for anything, but minimalist carry kinda guy... Just did this for another forum, counting cost of my EDC(every Day Carry for those that have yet to catch this gear addiction--although I was taught to be prepared long before that catch phrase was coined..) (I'm editing the prices out for here, but all this totals over $1700 with the gun for those curious) This is now/winter... a little lighter in the summer since I have less pocket space without the coat, and less need for the emergency equipment in warmer weather..

Back left pocket-

it actually spends more time in the car than on me though;
Panosonic over the ear headphones with it.

On occasion;
Browning BDM 9mm in shoulder holster,
or Berreta Stampede .45Colt when i can stand the weight..

less bulk than it reads as, the only thing that really
stands out on me is the big camera in jeans pockets..

Small pocketknife, (Peanut or small stockman), change, money clip, keys, wallet, and comb. Most of the time I carry a Spydercofolder, too.
