What do ya'll miss?

Aw the Statler Brothers, they bring back lots of memories. I have not heard that song in a long time Stacy, Cool.

MAKING LOVE FOR THREE DAYS...and...BEING READY TO START IN ON ANOTHER THREE A COUPLE DAYS LATER!!!

THanks for posting that, Stacy. I was thinking it but couldn't take the time to find it.

I know what you mean Dan
the $.50 box of 22 shells from the corner store that would consume my weekends during the summers(cans and Crows mostly).
Being able to walk into a gun shop and actually walk out with a gun without the anal probe.

I miss my Pop, my Brother, and the Blade Forums IRC chat with all the old timers in it.

I remember at age 12 taking my Marlin Rifle and slinging it on my back. Walking into Hobb's Hardware store( in a big shopping center) and buying a $.50 box of shells, and then walking down the main highway to the city dump to shoot rats. No one, police or otherwise, took a second look.....and this was in the city of Norfolk.

I miss those days.
Stacy

Slight rant here:
I miss the days when you could describe a person as being black, Mexican, Japanese, etc. and not be called a racist. If someone opened a great "Japanese Restaurant", and it was only allowed to be called a "Restaurant" it would seem silly, but, if you refer to the owner as a Japanese man you are a racist???

There are few people less racist than I am. I miss the days when thing didn't have to be politically correct to the point of ridiculousness.

Stacy

Among other things I miss my girlfriend/wife being able to sit beside me in my truck without a seatbelt up her A##!
